Five Lakes Golf and Country Club

Student Facilities Available at Five Lakes

The Facilities at the Academy Venue are not owned by The Sports Academy, but their use is licensed to the Academy on the basis of commitments made to the owners of the facility by the Academy. These facilities will continue to remain available to the Academy and its students provided that standards of behaviour are maintained at a level consistent with the expectations of the owners. The facilities available to the Academy students are:

• Full use of all practice facilities, the clubhouse, the course, and the gymnasium.
• Enrolment at The Sports Academy automatically entitles students to Membership of the course Five Lakes. This is a full 7 day membership
• Lockers will be available in changing rooms, for use by students at all times.(for a fee of £50 per year)
• A place of safe keeping for the Students’ golf clubs will be provided (Mon - Fri). (At the Student’s own risk)
• Packed lunches are NOT allowed on site at the club. Students will be expected to purchase lunch from the clubhouse using their cards. Students may however bring snacks, fruit and drinks for the golf bag to be consumed only when actually playing a full round of golf or practicing.
• Students will have the opportunity to play in a competition once a week. These competitions will have qualifying status. All competition details will be communicated to students on a weekly basis.
